Charting your path to happy Sunday nights is more complicated than just getting a new job. It is finding your passion and a fulfilling way to express it. It is harder than just applying for jobs and nailing an interview. This type of career transition can feel as complicated as planning a journey to the moon. Our Career Reinvention Process provides the steps you need to establish your mission and make a safe landing. Career reinvention is a space odyssey. We’ll teach you the rocket science to master it in two phases and six steps:

Creating vs finding requires you to tackle this process differently than a job search. Think of it like a full-cycle marketing and sales process. We will nurture you through through this journey of reinvention and discovery.

Phase I:
Tell the Universe what you want
We firmly believe that the universe will provide what you request, with laser focused intent. This process will step you through how to establish a realistic and exciting destination that will harness your passion and skills.

The Career Reinvention Experience
Tell the Universe what you want and CREATE your place in the Universe.
The Career Reinvention Experience puts you in the captain’s seat and helps you explore your potential and define your goals. The journey starts with an exploration workshop followed by 90 days of coaching, support, and community.
Exploration Weekend Workshop:
The two-day session connects you with a community of people navigating career transitions. Here you will complete the Steps 1, 2, and 3, getting you to the place where you can Tell the Universe What You Want.
90-Day Coaching and Support Community:
For the next three months, you’ll work as part of a community to Create Your Place in the Universe. You will complete steps 4, 5, and 6 as part of a community. You’ll receive an email every Sunday night to start your week with the right focus. Every Friday you will join a virtual check-in session with your community.
Sessions are limited to 12 participants and start on the first Monday of every month. The program fees are $1,000.
