We are ready to help you make work better.
Blythe Talent is a collection of seasoned talent, diversity, sales, and marketing experts who clearly see the future of work and are passionate to make work better for everyone. We also help you transform the workplace for the better, by leveraging technology and inspiring leadership. Our clients may use different words to describe what they do: Human Resources Outsourcing. Human Capital Management. Corporate Learning. Talent Management. Recruiting. Employee Engagement. Professional Employment. Leadership Development. Well-being. Benefits. Payroll. HR Tech. Insurance Tech. Financial Tech.
However, their aim is the same: Making work better. They’re making work better for managers and employees. We get it because we see the world the same way. That’s why they choose us. We’re on the same mission. Service businesses are complex and customer and employee expectations are evolving quickly. It is harder than it used to be to focus and execute on what matters the most. We are ready to help you accelerate your growth.
Blythe Kazmierczak, Principal
Blythe works with leaders who have big ideas and want to get there faster. They know there could be ways to accelerate, and their people are part of the issue. Yet, they don’t know where to focus. She helps them understand how to get the most from their talent and where technology and human practices can serve as a catalyst.
She started studying business as a chemical engineer and soon realized people were the most important element to business and teams held the most complex chemistry. She pivoted and began studying adult learning and organizational development and applied what she learned to a growing service business. Driving change across the enterprise was rewarding and fun.
Evolving from change agent to business leader, next Blythe ran multiple service businesses through various stages of scaling. Being in ‘that seat’ and accomplishing amazing profitable growth, but also failing, scraping elbows, and learning hard lessons.
In her work as a turnaround business leader, consultant, coach and speaker, she has discovered what makes service organizations and people tick. She brings a passion for both engineering discipline and human development, to help people thrive and businesses grow. She grew up in West Michigan and returned as a ‘boomerang’ over five years ago to find thriving and growing Grand Rapids that had evolved since she left decades ago. She has spent her time in the community as a champion of diversity and inclusion and change agent for adopting leading human practices. She strives to help organizations deliver a warm and personalized employee experience by leveraging the right balance of human touch combined with innovative technology applications.
